Our permanent presence in the business arena means we are well placed to provide a valuation of a business. There are many facets that can affect a valuation, besides the obvious financial aspects. Examples are the general economic condition, the current competition, business reputation and standing, location, the urgency, etc.

A formal and properly structured business valuation should prove to be of value when shared with interested buyers. 

The accounts of a business are often a major component in a buyer reaching a decision and offer price.  The accounts are usually compiled for records and tax reasons, not usually as a sales document.  We can provide feedback at the start of the campaign on how these accounts look and how best to discuss them and present them. 

It can be daunting liaising with lawyers, financiers, landlords and other third parties when purchasing a business.  Our Brokers can prepare you for such meetings and attend with you, or should it be appropriate, on your behalf. 

Most business transactions will require the Seller to provide to the Buyer an inventory/stock list.   We can attend to record the inventory/stock list and provide a cohesive list to be included in the sales documentation.
